ABOUT US

The 3.5.7 Commission is a natural outgrowth of networking among grassroots good government
advocates, made possible on a national basis by the internet.  It began when some federal government
whistleblowers reached out to National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP) for
support in contending with what they perceived as judicial bias against them, including Title VII
claimants.  NJCDLP is a nonprofit organization combating abuses of the American legal system that
are facilitated by judicial misconduct.  It is also part of the No FEAR and the Make It Safe coalitions; both
of which are comprised of sincere, accomplished, and some of America's most renowned government
whistleblowers as well as their advocates.

In direct response, arguably to judicial activism, Congress is regularly petitioned to clarify, expand,
and/or strengthen the protection it affords federal workers and certain others from employment related
discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.  The 3.5.7 Commission was created to consider whether
legislative relief that Congress provides and should provide these employees is undermined by court
decisions rendered without the benefit of jury trials.  NJCDLP is proud to facilitate its efforts.
