BLOG

The 3.5.7 Commission blog provides a convenient way for you to share your experiences as a
government whistleblower and/or litigant; relevant news and announcements; as well as your
questions and comments about any aspect of the commission's work.  Please keep in mind that the
blog is a public forum. Only use it to arrange for more private exchanges (preferably by email and/or in
safe, public places) when you want to consider highly sensitive or confidential information.  Legal
strategies that are not a matter of public record should probably not be posted and certainly should not
be detailed.  Truth may be a defense to claims of defamation, but you are cautioned to generally avoid
posting derogatory statements about specific people and/or entities that a reasonable person could
dispute.

The 3.5.7 Commission blog has a low threshold for personal attacks of fellow bloggers, profanity, the
promotion of violence, and other unlawfulness.  Please govern yourself accordingly.  Absolutely
prohibited are discriminatory comments based on race, color, gender, sexual orientation, religion,
and/or national origin.
