    Mr. Jackson's studies include civil and criminal law with emphasis on constitutional law,
    criminal procedure, federal jurisdiction, aviation law, forensic psychology, medicine and
    law, as well as scientific evidence.  His work includes interviewing then living historical
    figures in the S. E. Asian war, and consultations on ordnance and tactical aircraft.  During
    a 15 month tour of duty in S. E. Asia, Mr. Jackson performed highly classified intelligence
    work as part of an elite Army unit working ancillary to Vietnam.  He has a B.A. in History
    and Philosophy, a M.A. in History from Purdue University in Lafayette, Indiana, and a J.D.
    from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois.  Mr. Jackson has been a deputy
    coroner, a City Public Defender, and worked several years as a private attorney.


    Betsy Combier has a BA in Child Psychology from Northwestern University in Evanston,
    Illinois; MA Certificate from the Johns Hopkins' School For Advanced International Studies,
    where her specialization was the Soviet-Military-Industrial Complex; MPS in Interactive
    Telecommunications from New York University; and Certificate in Art and Drama Therapy
    from The New School. She moved to Cairo, Egypt, in 1979, where she designed and
    implemented a project using solar-powered video technology in the Nile Delta area to
    establish participatory local management of rural development projects. She also worked
    as a television producer in Egypt, Israel and Jordan until 1983, when she returned to New
    York City.

    Ms. Combier's dad P. Hodges Combier was the Assistant Attorney General for the State of
    New York for 30 years, working with Louis Lefkowitz. A paralegal, Betsy is an advocate for
    open government, equal opportunity in education for all kids, and putting children first at
    the top of the education funding pyramid, instead of last.



    Linda Lewis is a retired homeland security analyst for the U. S.
    government.

    Dr. James John Murtagh Jr. is a physician with board certifications in internal medicine
    and pulmonary medicine, specializing in those areas as well as sleep disorders.  After
    receiving his MD with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Murtagh
    performed numerous Intensive Care Unit procedures and conducted numerous ICU
    consultations.  He has had many challenging administrative and research positions.  Dr.
    Murtagh's publications include more than thirty (30) authored and co-authored articles in
    the scientific, bacteriological, and medical fields as well as chapters in various complex
    medical / scientific books.  





    Attorney Tom Devine is actively involved in a range of issues including national security,
    occupational free speech, forestry, and safe meat and poultry; he also serves as
    counsel on whistleblower reform legislation. He is a Phi Beta Kappa honors graduate of
    Georgetown University, and received his J.D. in 1980 from Antioch School of Law. In
    March 1998, Mr. Devine was honored with the Fund for Constitutional Government's
    Defender of the Constitution Award for his work with whistleblowers.

    Mr. Devine is Legal Director for the Government Accountability Project (GAP), the
    nation's leading whistleblower organization.  GAP's mission is to protect the public
    interest by promoting government and corporate accountability through advancing
    occupational free speech and ethical conduct, defending whistleblowers, and
    empowering citizen activists. Founded in 1977, GAP is a non-profit, public interest
    organization that receives funding from foundations, individuals, and legal fees.
